Eleonora Lezzi

I am Eleonora, 32 years young, born and raised in Milan,  I live since a quite few years in the beautiful region of the Black Forest in Germany. Here began my career as a pastry chef and I found a second home as well. I love variety, flexibility, traveling and exchanging ideas with colleagues from all over the world. For these reasons and inspired by a particular professional experience in Milan, the idea of working as a freelance pastry chef came up. Allgemeine Bäcker Zeitung

The Allgemeine Bäcker Zeitung, abbreviated ABZ, is an important trade magazine for bakeries and patisseries. It is published every two weeks and provides information on the topics that move the industry. In issue No. 14, published on July 8, 2023, it dedicated an entire page to me and my innovative business model.

The Magazine for Patisserie & Café is Germany's leading trade magazine for pastry chefs and café operators. It covers all important areas of the sweet craft. In the 75th anniversary issue, I had the honor of being mentioned and featured in this column.
